Energy Work

Reiki: a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
This session may be booked on its own for 45 min, or as an add on to an Integrated Stretch or Yoga Nidra session for 15 minutes.

Reiki can help by improving the flow of energy around the body and can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Reiki is a complementary form of energy therapy that support s the energy field around the body so that any disruptions in that energy field will less likely lead to ailments in the physical body. Reiki therapy aims to remedy these disruptions and the subsequent conditions.
SOUND HEALING MASSAGE
Everything in its most basic essence is vibration, especially living beings. Sound therapy works on the principle of sympathetic resonance, where harmonic sound corrects disharmonic sound and energy by pulling it into resonance. Solfeggio Frequency tuned forks are held in your aura, specifically on chakra centers, and around the ears to boost biofield coherence. A large crystal bowl creates healing tones promoting a relaxing somatic experience as we go into a full body massage.
